Order Processing and Shipping
We aim to ship orders within 2-5 working days of receiving payment. Any orders received Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

How to Return
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase or you may not be satisfied with the product. To be eligible for a general return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and remain in its original packaging. Refund requests communicated within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery date will be considered.

Steps to begin the refund process if a refund is warranted:
1. A video or picture of the item in its original condition (send it to 212hairco@gmail.com).
2. A return shipping address will be provided. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
3. The customer must return the item within 24 hours once a refund is confirmed. A tracking confirmation must be provided. If a confirmation isn’t received within 24 hours the refund can be void.
4. Once the package is received, we will inspect the package to confirm it meets all product return and exchange requirements. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on; Earrings due to health and safety reasons. Sale or clearance items.
